The Stellar Award

Since Sarah has come onboard full-time, she has gone above and beyond to improve the Maternal / Child Card unit and improve patient service excellence experience. She fills in and takes any patient when needed. She stays late and comes in extra if extra staff is needed. Sarah has helped us exceed our goals in several metrics such as working out our eCQM project, Dr Delhomme schedule and order sets, infant feeding surveys, chart audits, calling patients post discharge as well as pre-visit to set the expectations of their stay with us and answer any and all questions before they deliver.

Sarah created several educational boards to boost staff morale and educate nurses on how we can improve our documentation and patient care. She does all of this and provides outstanding care to her patients at IMC. We are grateful to have her on our team!
