IBERIA MEDICAL CENTER WELCOMES DR. ARDEN LAGRONE

Iberia Medical and the Physician Practice Network welcome Dr. Arden LaGrone, Family Medicine physician, to the medical community. Dr. LaGrone joins Drs. Joe Proctor, Keidra Welch-Spencer, and Jacques Villien, and Tabitha Underwood, Nurse Practitioner, in practice at their Iberia Medical Center North Campus office at 520 N. Lewis Street, Suite 203 and 204.

Dr. LaGrone earned her medical degree from Louisiana State University in New Orleans. She completed her residency at Ochsner University Hospital and Clinics in Lafayette, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. LaGrone is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. LaGrone is scheduled to begin seeing patients on October 1, and the practice is currently accepting appointments and scheduling new patients.

IMC leadership and Maternal / Child Services team members gathered to celebrate new medical equipment purchased from funds raised during the 2022 IMC Foundation Golf Tournament. The new Airborne 750i Infant Transport Incubator is designed to provide exceptional care to newborns during intra-hospital transport. Now in its 18th year, the IMC Foundation golf tournament has become an important fundraiser for medical equipment, community healthcare initiatives and capital improvements at Iberia Medical Center.
