She shows professionalism in the fast-paced and unpredictable environment of emergency nursing, she demonstrates knowledge, is dependable, and is focused on providing exceptional care to every patient. She serves as a role model with doctors, nurses, ancillary staff, patients, and families.

Lori is respectful as she treats patients and her team with dignity and compassion. As an experienced emergency nurse and preceptor, Lori creates an environment where new nurses feel comfortable asking questions and developing their skills. She shares knowledge and challenges new nurses to become stronger clinicians.
