Tabitha Underwood graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner. Tabitha Underwood holds many certifications and licenses including Louisiana State Board of Nursing. She is also a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners and American Association of Critical-Care Nurses.
