Iberia Medical Center ensures that all patient concerns, complaints or grievances will be addressed in a timely manner. Staff are available to assist with solving problems and concerns and to address needs of patients and visitors. If you have any questions, please contact your nurse, the manager of the department, or you may call extension 7285 from a hospital phone or dial (337) 374-7285 from any other phone. If after reporting your concern and being contacted by a department manager or member of administration you feel your issue is not resolved, you may report it to either of the following organizations:
